The course objectives include:
  • approach to the palliative patient and his family,
  • recognition of stages of terminal illness,
  • relieving symptoms,
  • use of an elastomer pump for the subcutaneous application of medicines,
  • sc therapy,
  • insertion of nasogastric tube,
  • insertion of a urine catheter,
  • care of oncological chronic wound.
